There are no chances but fate.
You just find what you look for, and you look for what exists deep in your heart.
Ernesto Sábato
We all wonder, How to go on being faithful to a long-term vision while undergoing a situation of uncertainty and immediacy?
How to maintain a philosophical coherence along with progress and innovation when the situation affects the normal development of a production system built with effort, economic investment and knowledge?
How to think when the possibility of fulfilling ideas is restricted?
How to be optimistic without being voluntarist?
Once again, the answers to these questions lie in our essence and in our history.
Aapresid was founded in 1989, in spite of the controversial context of the agricultural sector.
For almost 20 years, and in many different situations, Aapresid’s philosophy has been fundamental in the evolution of agriculture:
The belief that everything is the consequence of the fate we ourselves build and are responsible of, that there are no chances but casualties,
that results are the consequence of what we look for based on a vision,
and that the vision and the strategy to fulfill it must be a combination of both –knowledge and passion.
With those premises, the year 2008 won’t be the exception.
With more motivation than ever before, the 16th Congress of Aapresid will try to provide reference frameworks towards the future.
